Glenn Herlihy is a seasoned trial attorney with nearly 20 years of experience. He has tried more than 100 cases before a jury, representing plaintiffs and defendants as well as prosecuting cases for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
While well prepared to take cases to trial, Mr. Herlihy nonetheless looks for creative and efficient ways to resolve disputes to the satisfaction of his clients.
Mr. Herlihy served as an assistant district attorney in Essex County for five years. As an attorney in private practice, Mr. Herlihy concentrates on divorce and family court matters, personal injury negligence claims, criminal defense and all types of civil litigation.
He is a graduate of Tufts University (B.A. 1984) and Suffolk University Law School (J.D. 1987). Glenn is a frequent lecturer for community and professional education programs. He has also volunteered his time teaching trial advocacy to middle school, high school and college students.
